Professor William Martel to Serve on Jennifer Horn for Congress Executive Committee

NASHUA - Jennifer Horn, Republican candidate for the 2nd Congressional District, announced today that Tufts University Professor of International Security and acclaimed author William Martel will serve on her executive committee.

Professor William Martel:

Professor William Martel:

Dr. William Martel serves as the Associate Professor of International Security Studies at Tufts University. He has written several books, with his most recent being the critically-acclaimed Victory at War. Professor Martel has been featured on Fox News and CNN for his expertise in International Affairs, as well as a contributing writer to various publications. He currently serves as the Principal investigator on space policy study at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory, provides research support for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency in the Office of Secretary of Defense at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory and is also a Professor of National Security Affairs, Chair of Space Technology and Policy Studies at the Naval War College. Previously, Dr. Martel was member of the Editorial Board for the Naval War College Review and served as a Harvard University Post-Doctoral Fellow.
